Tasks
- Support the Compliance Operations and Assurance team to execute core Compliance processes such as the Compliance Risk Assessment and the annual Compliance activities planning and to drive continuous process improvement
- Support the team in the development, operation and continuous enhancement of the Compliance GRC tool, existing dashboard applications in Power BI and visualization tools
- Drive data analysis and preparation to identify global trends and insights
- Support the team in managing Group, regional and local stakeholders
- Support and drive existing and future innovation and automation projects
Requirements
- Actively pursuing higher education, ideally studying Data Analytics, Business Administration or equivalent
- Prior work experience is required, financial services/consulting is an advantage
- Growth mindset, can-do attitude, team player, solution oriented, curiosity, learning agility
- Tech skills: data analytics skills, Power BI and AI/Copilot knowledge required. Python and Databricks nice to have
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Business English fluency is essential
- For the length of the contract, enrolled at a University/Institute of higher education and be located in Switzerland
