We are currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner Intern to support our Human Resources team in full-cycle recruiting. Tasks
- Assist in identifying and engaging top talent using various platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and university alumni networks.
- Help draft, format, and publish engaging job descriptions across multiple channels.
- Review inbound applications and resumes to identify candidates who meet the basic qualifications for open roles.
- Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews, acting as the primary point of contact for candidates and ensuring a seamless, positive experience.
- Help maintain our Applicant Tracking System (i.e. Workday) by keeping candidate profiles updated and ensuring data accuracy.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team in tracking key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire) to optimize hiring strategies.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in, or recently (in the last 12 months) graduated from, a Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Life Sciences or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; conversational German is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-starter mentality with a strong eagerness to learn.
- High level of empathy and a genuine passion for connecting with people.
- Foundational proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
- Bonus: Previous experience in a customer-focused environment.
