Tasks

  • Own and scale CI/CD infrastructure handling tens of thousands of jobs daily, including capacity planning, runner architecture, and ensuring platform reliability as load patterns shift.
  • Deepen GitOps workflows built on ArgoCD, from operational improvements to structural work on managing cluster state across environments.
  • Advance supply chain security posture, including work on SAST and artifact attestation.
  • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure problems across network, application, and system layers.

Requirements

  • Strong Kubernetes experience, including tuning and troubleshooting on-prem Linux systems under real load.
  • Hands-on CI/CD background; GitLab CI experience is a plus.
  • Practical experience with GitOps, ideally with ArgoCD.
  • Software development skills in Python, Golang, or Rust, sufficient to build and maintain tooling around infrastructure.
  • Configuration management experience with Ansible and/or Terraform.
  • A security mindset grounded in DevSecOps practices; supply chain security experience is an advantage.
  • Effective communication skills to work across teams and document work clearly.
  • Collaborative approach, sharing knowledge freely and supporting team members.
