As a HR Business Partner Operations at Nestlé Waters, your mission is to co-pilot the people agenda for operations, manufacturing and supply chain while shaping a strong apprenticeship experience. You will collaborate closely with people managers, employee representatives, apprentices, trainers and cross-functional teams. Tasks

  • Drive people strategies and workforce planning that enable strong operational performance across manufacturing and supply chain.
  • Shape effective organization design and support smooth transitions that help teams adapt, grow and deliver.
  • Build inclusive talent and performance practices that strengthen engagement, development and team effectiveness.
  • Partner with employee representatives to foster constructive relationships, trust and a fair working environment.
  • Develop apprenticeship and trainee pathways that prepare future talent and support high-quality learning experiences.
  • Lead people projects and compliance activities that support safe, efficient and sustainable operations.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of people processes, with a focus on workforce planning, talent development, organization design and compensation.
  • Sound understanding of Swiss labour law and employment practices to guide confident, compliant decisions.
  • Collaboration, learning agility, courage and speed to coach managers and support teams through change.
  • Empathy, resilience and adaptability to build trusted relationships across different stakeholder styles.
  • Fluent communication in French, German and English.
