As a Lead Product Manager within the Construction Software business unit, you will define and drive the future of ON!Track, Hilti's asset management software solution used by customers in over 40 global markets. You will set the product vision, shape the strategic roadmap, and align stakeholders across business, technology, and customer-facing functions to deliver sustainable growth. This full-time position is based at the HQ in Schaan, Liechtenstein, with at least 20% international travel required.
Tasks
- Responsible for the strategic product direction and growth of ON!Track, used daily by tens of thousands of users globally.
- Work closely with customers and cross-functional teams in product development, UX, marketing, sales, and business development to identify market opportunities and translate customer needs into innovative software solutions.
- Own the product lifecycle end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap execution to customer adoption and commercial success.
- Leverage user insights, data, and market trends to continuously enhance the product experience and strengthen ON!Track's market position.
- Define and monitor key business and product performance indicators to measure success and drive strategic decisions.
- Contribute directly to sustainable revenue growth and play a critical role in shaping the future of ON!Track and accelerating its global expansion.
Requirements
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree required, ideally in business administration/management, software engineering, or construction management.
- Several years of demonstrated proficiency in software product management, primarily in defining product vision and strategy and leading product innovation.
- Entrepreneurial approach, strong commercial mindset, and a strong customer focus.
- Solid experience with go-to-market launches and scaling software products internationally.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build long-lasting stakeholder and customer relationships.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
