The Hilti Foundation aims to build a better future by empowering people and communities to lead independent and self-determined lives. As an intern, you will join the purpose-driven Impact Management Team and contribute to projects supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of the impact management strategy. This internship starts between January and February 2027 and runs for six months, with a possible extension.
Tasks
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Foundation’s impact management system built on Salesforce Amp Impact.
- Work closely with Program Directors to ensure high-quality project and impact data.
- Support reporting and analysis and contribute to the further development of impact measurement frameworks and tools.
- Lead a dedicated project aligned with your expertise and the Foundation’s priorities, such as impact measurement, data analysis, communications, stakeholder engagement, or program development, and deliver practical recommendations or solutions.
Requirements
- Enrollment in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s program for the entire internship period.
- Interest in social innovation, empowerment, and inclusive growth.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently in a well-structured way.
- Strong analytical thinking and an interest in impact data, reporting, and measurement tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
