Tasks
- Take overall responsibility for the project controlling of our data center projects and campuses, ensuring precise and efficient financial management.
- Prepare project reports for internal stakeholders, senior management, investors, and banks.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across all construction phases in close collaboration with the Construction department.
- Develop the project controlling team and optimize methods, systems, and tools with a strong focus on automation and efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional projects within the controlling environment to drive innovative solutions and processes.
- Act as a sparring partner for management on all finance-related project matters to support informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Solid business management education, ideally with a Swiss Federal Diploma in Finance and Accounting or an equivalent qualification.
- At least five years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in the construction industry.
- Experience in functional or line management of employees is an advantage.
- Analytical mindset with a strong affinity for numbers and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work.
- Strong communication skills, assertive personality, delivery-focused, and leadership potential.
- Knowledge of Abacus and BI tools is an advantage.
- Proficiency in German and English at C1 level or above.
