The Google Cloud Platform team helps customers transform and build what's next for their business with technology built in the cloud. Our products are developed for security, reliability and scalability, running the full stack from infrastructure to applications to devices and hardware. Our teams are dedicated to helping our customers — developers, small and large businesses, educational institutions and government agencies — see the benefits of our technology come to life. As part of an entrepreneurial team in this rapidly growing business, you will play a key role in understanding the needs of our customers and help shape the future of how businesses of all sizes use technology to connect with customers, employees and partners.

As a Manager of AI Outcome Customer Engineering (AIOCE) for the North region, you will lead the strategic goal and execution for a team of AIOCEs, overseeing technical execution and business operations to accelerate customer adoption and decrease the time to first production value. You will act as a central orchestration leader, building critical alliances with customer executives and internal go-to-market leadership to ensure complex workloads transition seamlessly from agreement signing to full production. Beyond technical delivery, you will be a dedicated people leader tasked with cultivating a mission-first culture, developing top talent, and strategically driving AI transformation across your organization.

  • Serve as a strategic escalation point to allocate resources and ensure the timely delivery of high-complexity deployments.
  • Define and execute Cloud AI adoption processes and frameworks that ensure rapid customer onboarding and large-scale adoption.
  • Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing technical team, making strategic talent decisions to scale the AIOCE organization.
  • Represent regional Google Cloud Product and Engineering teams, translating customer trends, technical gaps, and adoption challenges into actionable requirements that influence future product roadmaps.
