Our team is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Executive Assistant to join the EY Lausanne office in autumn 2026. You will play an important role in a collaborative, client-focused environment by supporting senior stakeholders, coordinating key activities, and contributing to the successful delivery of business objectives. This is a hybrid role with Lausanne as the primary office location. It requires regular presence at EY office in Lausanne and, depending on business needs, at client premises in Vevey. You should therefore be comfortable travelling within the region and adapting your place of work to stakeholder and operational requirements.

Tasks

  • Proactively support a number of senior Partners by managing a broad range of administrative tasks and processes.
  • Coordinate complex meetings, manage Partners’ calendars, arrange travel, and draft correspondence in French and English.
  • Create reports and presentations, process invoices, manage physical mail, and coordinate internal office communications.
  • Coordinate and support internal and client-facing events, training programs, and networking initiatives.
  • Support supplier management, including vendor coordination and budget monitoring, and provide logistical support for business activities and events as needed.
  • Leverage internal platforms and databases to support day-to-day operations, including expense management and other administrative processes.
  • Use digital platforms and AI-enabled productivity tools responsibly to improve efficiency, streamline administrative processes, and enhance the quality of stakeholder support.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, or automate recurring tasks while applying sound judgment and complying with confidentiality, data protection, information security, and internal policy requirements.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring effective coordination and managing sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

  • You hold a diploma in business administration or a related field; a higher professional qualification is an advantage.
  • Ideally, you have three to five years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role within a fast-paced, international environment.
  • You are a native French speaker and have strong written and spoken English skills. German is an advantage.
  • You have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment while managing competing priorities.
  • You are detail-oriented, take ownership of your work, and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • You have advanced Microsoft Office skills, strong numerical and analytical capabilities, and confidence in adopting new technologies, digital collaboration platforms, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
  • You are an open-minded, flexible, and solution-oriented professional who enjoys working collaboratively and exploring new ideas.
  • You are a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You demonstrate resilience and remain effective when working under pressure.

Benefits

  • Work in a diverse and inclusive environment with around 3,000 employees from 64 different countries.
  • Collaborate with the best, learn from the best and continually grow, as EY invests a significant portion of its annual turnover in the personal development and training of employees.
