As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a crucial role in keeping our supply chain moving, ensuring every product and component is exactly where it needs to be. Tasks
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods, and prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring every item is in its designated location and ready for dispatch.
- Record all orders, deliveries, and stock movements in the ERP system, keeping inventory in and out fully up to date.
- Work closely with the Logistics Coordinator, purchasing, engineering, and production teams to optimize warehouse operations and stock control.
- Continuously improve and tidy the warehouse, sort out and register items that currently lack a clear location or status, and help implement a standard way of working across warehouse processes.
- Identify and report potential delivery issues, such as pending tariff payments or missing documentation, to the Purchasing department.
- Implement and uphold workplace health and safety practices, keeping the warehouse organized and compliant.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented and methodical approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams.
- Experience using ERP systems for warehouse management.
- Fluent in English—you’ll be working with international teams.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) warehouse modules is a plus.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain role is a plus.
