Tasks

  • During the first three months, gain a comprehensive understanding of the business by rotating through several departments and working closely with different teams.
  • Build a strong network, understand how functions collaborate, and identify key business drivers across the organization during the onboarding phase.
  • After the rotation period, transition into your designated department, agreed upon before the start of the traineeship.
  • Become an integral part of the team, take on meaningful responsibilities, contribute to ongoing projects, and further develop your expertise through hands-on experience and continuous learning opportunities.
  • Receive regular feedback, mentorship, and opportunities for personal and professional growth throughout the program.

Requirements

  • You are in the final phase of your Bachelor's or Master's studies, or have graduated within the last 12 months and are ready to kick-start your career in a dynamic business environment.
  • You are curious, eager to learn, and willing to step outside your comfort zone.
  • You take ownership of your work and approach challenges with a proactive mindset.
  • You enjoy collaborating with people from different backgrounds and value teamwork.
  • You communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently in German and English (min. C1).
  • You are organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • You bring strong analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach to your tasks.
