Tasks
- Gain insight into how financial services organizations operate and the economic and industry challenges they face.
- Drive effective and reliable financial and non-financial reporting as a forward-looking auditor with in-depth business process and internal controls understanding.
- Develop expertise in financial services regulations (e.g., AMLO-FINMA) and support organizations in meeting evolving regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regulatory audits that identify compliance gaps, assess control effectiveness, and drive remediation strategies to ensure adherence to supervisory expectations and industry standards.
- Develop people early on in your career and build a broad professional network.
- Bring your fresh ideas and pioneer thinking to the forefront early in your career at Deloitte.
Requirements
- You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration or Economics (ideally with a specialization in Accounting, Banking, Finance, or Controlling) and preferably have previous internship or work experience.
- You have excellent analytical competencies and are interested in understanding the world of banking and finance.
- You enjoy solving complex challenges in a team and are interested in the financial market, as well as innovation and transformation (including but not limited to data analytics).
- You are keen to learn and to complete further education to become a Swiss CPA at EXPERTsuisse.
- You are fluent in German and English; French or Italian are a plus.
- You are curious and courageous.
