You drive excellence in manufacturing processes by connecting product industrialization, equipment engineering, and operations. You make processes clean, scalable, and high-performing throughout the product lifecycle.
Your tasks
- Lead the standardization and optimization of global manufacturing and assembly processes across the product lifecycle
- Act as Lead Make in lifecycle and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with Product Industrialization, Equipment Engineering, Quality, IT, and Operations teams
- Align process requirements with product and equipment needs
- Influence product design by suggesting process improvements that may need design changes
- Define and update manufacturing, equipment, and quality requirements
- Lead the implementation, validation, and ramp-up of manufacturing processes at global sites
- Monitor the performance, stability, compliance, and cost of manufacturing processes
What you bring
- Degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production), business engineering, or similar field
- Extensive experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or industrialization
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment development, and related IT tools
- Skilled in process validation, PFMEA, control plans, and standardization
- Ability to influence and collaborate across functions, hierarchies, and cultures
- Analytical, structured, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English and German (minimum C1 level)
