Tasks
- Support the migration of valid procurement contracts from legacy systems to the new system
- Prepare and clean contract data for mass upload
- Manually upload individual contracts and extract relevant information
- Support the improvement of P2P processes for order creation, intake and management
- Contribute to other Procurement Excellence initiatives, working closely with specialist departments and IT
Requirements
- You're studying business, supply chain management or a related field
- You have a good grasp of purchasing and commercial fundamentals, ideally with some exposure to operational procurement
- You're confident working with Excel
- You work in a structured, independent and careful way, and enjoy collaborating with others
- You have very good German and English skills (at least B2)
- Experience with AI tools or basic programming knowledge (e.g. Python) is a plus – even if you don't bring this yet, we look forward to your application
