Tasks
- Deliver legal regulatory and community projects with energy and enthusiasm.
- Create actionable plans and drive the day-to-day execution of activities.
- Lead delivery through planning, executing, progress reporting, controlling, reporting and monitoring of project activities.
- Identify and develop solutions with a holistic, proactive approach to challenges.
Requirements
- Good and demonstrable understanding of project management knowledge areas and banking technology.
- Flexibility about work content and location, willingness to spend time in offices in Zurich, Bioggio and Geneva.
- Good organizational skills ensuring success in delivery through planning, executing, progress reporting, controlling, reporting and monitoring of project activities.
- Excellent communication skills to foster relationships with clients and team members alike, on all seniority levels.
- Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach.
- Resilience to stress.
- Fluent in German, English and French.
- Knowledge of the Avaloq platform and financial services is a bonus.
- Italian language skills are a bonus.
